F.A.Q
Frequently Asked Questions

-
We can trailers be parked? To ensure the delivery location is suitable for setup of the trailer, we will need a flat, clear space to park and lock trailers.
-
How does the electrical and water work?We require a dedicated '15' amp power source within 40 feet of the setup location. Additionally, we offer the option to supply a generator for power, at an additional cost. The DropBox trailers also need to be connected to a water source. Any standard residential garden hose is compatible with our DropBox units. If preferred, we can pre-fill the 100 gallon water tank for you as well, at an additional cost.
-
What is the usage capacity? The DropBox is furnished with a 100-gallon water tank, providing ample supply for events hosting 350-400 people. Once this capacity is reached, typically after 350-400 flushes, we advise scheduling a black water tank service. For added convenience, we offer the option to pre-fill the water tank at an additional cost. Furthermore, to maintain cleanliness, we provide interior cleaning services charged per visit. Simply let us know when cleaning is required, and our team will ensure the DropBox remains pristine for your guests.
-
What time is drop off and pick up?Our standard procedure ensures that trailers are always dropped off by noon on the day of your booking and picked up by 8-10am the following day after your end date. For instance, if you book from July 21st to July 24th, the trailer will arrive by noon on July 21st and be picked up by noon on July 25th. If you require the trailers earlier in the morning, we recommend booking an extra day to accommodate your schedule effectively.
